My name is Keneilwe Riet. I started working for CWP program back in 2015 when it was first introduced in sol Plaatje Municipality. I started working as a participant and there after 3 years I was promoted to be a supervisor. When time went on, I was called to come and assist in the sol Plaatje site office where I was assisting the Site Administrator with filling and capturing. In 2021 July I was offered a 3-month contract with 3L development to be the Aite Administrator in which I was still in learning and training stage for me and now I am a full-time site administrator for CWP with Thembalethu Development. I am grateful for the opportunity that I was given and it’s still a learning curve for me and I am willing to develop and strive to be a better person.
